ACTIVENet

We are excited to introduce you to ACTIVENet and its app Captivate, a feature-rich reservation system that has replaced Zen Planner.

Getting started with ACTIVENet

You can access ACTIVENet with the Captivate app on your smartphone or tablet, or via a browser on any device.

How to download the ACTIVENet Captivate app (recommended)
1. Search for the ACTIVENet Captivate in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Open the app. Hit the back button to the Your Organization page.

3. Scroll down and select Somersett Owners Association.
4. You will now see the Login screen and proceed to step #2 below.


Registering for ACTIVENet

1. To access via a browser, go to  http://apm.activecommunities.com/somersett/
2. Check to see if your email is already registered by filling in your preferred email in the Account field.
3. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of your screen.
4. If you get an error message, fill out this form and staff will create an account for you. Watch your email for an invitation to create a password. (This may take a day or two).
5. If you do not get an error message that means your email is registered. Check your email for an invitation to create a password (password changes can only be made in the browser version of ACTIVENet, not in the app).
6. Once you create a password, login using your email (in the Account field) and the password you just created.

Once you've logged in
1. Go to My Account and hit the edit pencil
2. Check to see that your Personal information, address information, and Contact information fields are filled in and correct and add your birthdate. If you want to receive text messages about Club emergencies, under Contact information, be sure to select your cellphone operator and check the "Agree to receive text messages" box.
