Check Your Account Balance

Somersett Owners Association has an accounting portal where you can check your account balance: https://somersett.vmsclientonline.com/ 

Access this portal with either your account number or email of record. If you don't know your password, please follow these steps:

For security purposes, users have to reset their password themselves.

  1. Go to the website above, enter your email of record and click on Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. The system will send a link to your email of record which will auto-log you in to your User Profile page. 
  3. From there, you’ll be able to click Password and complete a password reset on your own.
  4. Once this is completed, click the Log Out button at the top left of the page. This is the “Save” feature.
