Administrative Assistant (Operations)
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and general support to staff, and provides excellent customer service to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. With an emphasis on the Department of Operations, this position will ensure that facility projects and maintenance are completed to maintain the residence experience.
Maintenance Technician
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for promoting safe, clean, appealing, and functional condition. Under supervision, performs routine, scheduled and specific assignments. Emphasis will be on the Association's clubhouse and grounds which includes swimming pools, tennis courts, courtyards, PAR 3 golf course, and landscaping. Other assignments can include maintenance of vehicle gates, trails, signs, and parks. Work may be performed independently or as part of the maintenance or Somersett staff team.
