Summer Job Fair
 
Somersett Owners Association is hosting a summer job fair as it continues to seek staff for the lifeguard and resort attendant positions. Bring your resume down to The Club at Town Center on April 10th at 4:00 PM and find the perfect summer job.

Here are descriptions of our open seasonal positions:
 
Lifeguard
$17/hour and up, depending on experience, training, certifications, and commitment to the schedule. As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at our pools during the busy summer season. You must have lifeguard certification or obtain it before starting work. Here is a link to certification options offered by the City of Reno.
 
Qualifications: Must be 15 years old or older and possess a lifeguard certification at time of hire. 
 
Resort Attendant
$15/hour and up. Thanks to cross-training, employees in this position will work in multiple locations, from the Golf Hut, to event support, the snack bar, and more. So, if you're looking for a job that offers variety and the chance to work extra hours, this is for you.
 
Resort Supervisor
This seasonal position will guide and assist all summer resort attendants and will help staff monitor the pool deck, golf course, front desk, and facility during our busiest time of the year. If you have strong leadership skills and the ability to problem-solve independently, we encourage you to apply for this position. View this PDF
 
Summer Coordinator
Duties include family-friendly event planning and execution, supervising summer staff and assisting the Resort Manager as needed, and keeping residents up-to-date and engaged with events. This job will give you a variety of administrative office tasks, as well as on-your-feet, active tasks. View this PDF
