The Safety/Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the respectful usage of Somersett amenities and ensuring homeowner compliance with SOA regulations. This unarmed position involves regular patrols, respectful enforcement of rules, and effective interaction with residents, including youth.

 

The maintenance technician is responsible for promoting safe, clean, appealing, and functional condition. Under supervision, performs routine, scheduled and specific assignments. Emphasis will be on the Associations clubhouse and grounds which includes swimming pools, tennis courts, courtyards, PAR 3 golf course, and landscaping. Other assignments can include maintenance of vehicle gates, trail signs, and parks. Work may be performed independently or as part of the maintenance or Somersett staff team.
